Happy NEW Year ! Here's a list of 2012 Upcoming games!

Mass Effect 3This one goes without saying, being the resolution to Commander Shepard’s story arc in the Mass Effect universe, and is the only returning title from my 2011 list. I’ve seen it a couple of times and it’s looking great, with many refinements across the board and a team of guys who are hungry to offer a satisfying curtain call for this part of the Mass Effect story.
Borderlands 2The original cel-shaded Borderlands was a hoot with some key room for improvement, but the reality is that I’m just looking for a whole lot more time with this world. Dual-wielding any weapon, all-new characters and more Claptrap has me not-so-secretly psyched for this title.
BioShock InfiniteAlthough I didn’t loathe BioShock 2 as much as a fair chunk of the gaming community did, I definitely noticed the absence of creative director Ken Levine. I loved the narrative of the original BioShock and look forward to that component more than anything in BioShock Infinite. It also helps that the gameplay looks kinda cool, too.
Assassin’s Creed IIIOkay, so this is somewhat of a controversial choice given my less-than-perfect thoughts on Assassin’s Creed Revelations (I gave it a 7.5), but I have faith that the return to the core Assassin’s Creed series will be a return to form. Hopefully, at the very least, Ubisoft has spent their dollars earned from a yearly release model on a new engine…
Darksiders IIThe original Darksiders was a sleeper hit for me, considering I had basically no knowledge of it until its release. Part Zelda, part God of War, it kept my attention from start to finish and also held the exciting inherent prospect of three potential sequels following the exploits of the other three Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Death, Famine and Pestilence. We’ll get to play as Death in Darksiders II and, as far as I’m concerned, he’s the coolest out of War’s three brothers.
DishonoredFor anyone who read my glowing preview, you’ll understand exactly why this is one of my most anticipated titles of 2012. The early build I saw of it this year blew my socks off, and this genre-blurring action title is surely set to wow audiences later this year. It’s also the only new IP solid enough to knock out my keen anticipation for a collection of sequels and reboots.
Max Payne 3My love of the original Max Payne games surpasses my fear that Rockstar will mistreat the third entry of the IP forged by Remedy Entertainment. Everything I’ve seen to date suggests that the action will be handled well and the setting is certainly interesting, but I’m hoping that Rockstar has cooked up a killer noir story to match the pitch-perfect storytelling of the first two games.
Prey 2While the original Prey had some great ideas but ultimately didn’t grab me, the left-field direction of the sequel captured my interest well ahead of its projected 2012 release. Brink-style free-running combat coupled with a decidedly Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath feel all set in a Blade Runner-type future has my curiosity officially piqued.
Tomb RaiderQuick confession: I’ve never been a fan of the Tomb Raider series. But something about this gritty relaunch of Lady Croft has me very intrigued. Both the cinematic trailer from E3 and the later-released gameplay demo ensured that I’ll be adding this to my 2012 gaming calendar. Hopefully, it’s not all about the quick-time events.
Hitman: AbsolutionI was a bit dubious when the first teaser trailer hit, but the 15-minute gameplay trailer sold me on the new direction for the Hitman series. IO Interactive is promising a “familiar and yet significantly different experience from other Hitman games.” I reckon they’ve got the dev chops to pull this off.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Multiplayer Review

Ok, So i recently bought the new 320 GB PlayStation 3 Bundle,Of course it came with the new Uncharted that i been dying to see in "In-my-hands-action" on Multilayer,So before you even start Multilayer you have to redeem a code and if you bought the game it should've came with a code on the Guidebook pamphlet. If not,You can purchase the code via PlayStation Store,But once you do get into playing Multilayer you can either play your custom player-were you can customize your players skin color, clothes, gear, and even weapons and boosters are something you must have for playing online due to users having a much higher level than you which i think i lot of multilayer functions in games should have better level starting for new players on to the online part of the game, but moving along you'll have plenty of multilayer game mode for you to pick and choose from,Team Deathmatch is my favorite! but to give a list of what modes to choose from there's-Team Deathmatch: Two teams of five square off in head-to-head combat. Three Team Deathmatch: Three teams of two competing in deathmatch. Includes a feature called the "Buddy System" which allows you to spawn on your teammate at any point during the match. Also includes special taunts, like the ability to high-five over a player both of you killed. Free For All: deathmatch won by the last man standing from a field of eight players. Team Objective: Complete the assigned goals. Plunder: Capture the treasure. Hardcore: No Boosters. No Medal Kickbacks. Just your skill. Co-op Arena - Survive the waves of soldiers Co-op Hunter - Two teams of two fight to score three different treasures in three different chests. One team is the Heroes, who try to score as many treasures as possible, and the other is the Villains, who are assisted by AI enemies. The team as the Villains are able to choose classes that mimic AI enemies both physically and with what weapon they use, and the players use medals they obtain to unlock stronger weapon classes to defeat the Heroes. Co-op Adventure - Similar to Co-op Objective in Uncharted 2, Adventure has three players trying to complete a certain goal. Adventure contains co-op aspects, such as capturing treasures, that Objective did not.

You also have co-op online multilayer, So if you have a Friend or family member you can both join in the action together online! Witch is  really cool i think so! I'm on level 16 right now,and it's cool how easy you can upgrade on leveling on this game.

Truth about Chrismas

A wrapped gift and an open Bible

The Truth About Christmas

The Christmas Spirit Is SpreadingWHY?

DO YOU look forward to Christmas? Or does its approach fill you with nervous apprehension? Millions of people ask: ‘Whom will I get gifts for? What should I buy? Can I afford it? For how long will I be paying off my debt?’
Despite such concerns, Christmas remains very popular. In fact, the celebration has even spread to non-Christian lands. In Japan most families now celebrate Christmas, not because of its religious significance, but purely as a festive occasion. In China “Santa Claus’s cheery red face is plastered in shop windows in major cities,” says The Wall Street Journal, adding: “Christmas fever is gripping China’s newly rising urban middle class as an excuse to shop, eat and party.”
A wrapped gift with a price tag
In many parts of the world, Christmas has been a great boost for local economies. That is especially true of China, which is now “an export powerhouse of plastic trees, tinsel, twinkling lights and other yuletide trinkets,” says the Journal.
Predominantly Muslim lands also promote Christmaslike festivities, although not necessarily on December 25. In Ankara, Turkey, and Beirut, Lebanon, it is not unusual to see shop windows dressed with tinsel-covered evergreens and gift-wrapped packages. In Indonesia, hotels and malls sponsor festive events, and children can dine with Santa or have their picture taken with him.
In Western lands, Christmas is now largely secular and commercial, with many ads “blatantly pitched at children,” said Canada’s Royal Bank Letter. Granted, some people still attend Christmas services at a church. But it is the shopping malls, resonating with carols, that have become the new temples. Why the change? Could the reason be connected with the origin of Christmas? What are its roots?
Before discussing such questions, it would be good to read the Bible accounts on which Christmas Nativity scenes are supposedly based.

WHAT THE GOSPEL WRITERS SAY

The apostle Matthew: “After Jesus had been born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, look! astrologers from eastern parts came to Jerusalem, saying: ‘Where is the one born king of the Jews? For we saw his star when we were in the east, and we have come to do him obeisance.’ At hearing this King Herod was agitated.” So Herod asked “the chief priests . . . where the Christ was to be born.” On learning that it was “in Bethlehem,” Herod told the astrologers: “Go make a careful search for the young child, and when you have found it report back to me.”
Astrologers visiting Jesus “They went their way; and, look! the star they had seen when they were in the east went ahead of them, until it came to a stop above where the young child was. . . . When they went into the house they saw the young child with Mary its mother.” After presenting Jesus with gifts, “they were given divine warning in a dream not to return to Herod, [so] they withdrew to their country by another way.”
“After they had withdrawn, look! Jehovah’s angel appeared in a dream to Joseph, saying: ‘Get up, take the young child and its mother and flee into Egypt . . .’ So he got up and took along the young child and its mother by night and withdrew . . . Then Herod, seeing he had been outwitted by the astrologers, fell into a great rage, and he sent out and had all the boys in Bethlehem and in all its districts done away with, from two years of age and under.”—Matthew 2:1-16.
The disciple Luke: Joseph “went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to David’s city, which is called Bethlehem, . . . to get registered with Mary . . . While they were there, . . . she gave birth to her son, the firstborn, and she bound him with cloth bands and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the lodging room.”
“There were also in that same country shepherds living out of doors and keeping watches in the night over their flocks. And suddenly Jehovah’s angel stood by them, . . . and they became very fearful. But the angel said to them: ‘Have no fear, for, look! I am declaring to you good news of a great joy that all the people will have, because there was born to you today a Savior, who is Christ the Lord, in David’s city.’” At that the shepherds “went with haste and found Mary as well as Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger.”—Luke 2:4-16.

Inside My Mental.

There's so many ventures and wonderful places in the world....i wonder if there's a special place that i may gain for my own actions and choices.....would i reside and a Utopia....or a dark place...someplace hidden and unwelcome ..a nightmare of some sort...i sat in the sun and did my daily bible reading ..placing myself into the thoughts and mind of Solomon the wise....There's ways i could've ended up up on my venture of life but reflecting back on my past choices i wouldn't stress on changing any passionate decisions I've made-never! I'm forwarding into my maturity and progress of life and coming out well i would say.

State of the Art

  • REEM-C Humanoid Robot

When it comes to designing humanoid robot, your robot should look consistent from head to bottom. There are some dos and don’ts rules as well as various styles and approaches. Plasticpals tried to apply those rules for PAL Robotics’ contest to design their forthcoming humanoid robot, REEM-C.
REEM-C has a beautiful helmet that can be used to conceal the microphones. The face has been designed to be minimalist since not any of PAL Robotics’ earlier robot designs have integrated eyelids, brows or lips. The REEM-C logo serves as the chief indicator light and aids to brand the robot; however, it can change color in order to signify the robot’s internal status. Its shoulder joints are capable of rolling 90 degrees into this position even without the upper arm stabbing on the shoulder. Since the fingers are covered in semi-translucent rubber, they appear to be in lighter color.

REEM-C Robot Design
REEM-C’s elbow joint takes its inspiration from the SONY ORIO and is capable of bending even further. Its upper back is a concave oval from where the back-facing camera goes, whose main purpose is to track things going on behind it. In order to hide internal mechanisms, the back of the legs fold inside the calve just like the folding elbow. The legs are capable of rolling and twisting up to 90 degrees at the hip that would allow it to revolve 90 degrees to either right or left in just 2 steps.

Final Fantasy Legacy

http://www.gamespot.com/final-fantasy-versus-xiii

Final Fantasy Versus XIII Story Finalized

Final Fantasy Versus XIII Story Finalized Final Fantasy Versus XIII was first made public in 2006. Square Enix has shown screenshots and trailers. And now, Versus XIII's designer is happy to report, the game's story is finished.
In an interview in the recent issue of Dengeki magazine, it was revealed that the scenario for the game is apparently fleshed out and finalized. This actually shouldn't come as a surprise as the details of the story aren't the heavy lifting, but rather, the actual game programming.
The character designs have also been finalized, and the clothing designs are finished.
Keep in mind that the development of Final Fantasy XIII redirected resources from Versus XIII. So while Square Enix revealed Final Fantasy Versus XIII, the company still had to get Final Fantasy XIII out the door first.
Last year, Nomura said that development on the title was going "well", and the developers were working on various lighting tests for the game.

What is Typography

What is typography? And why is it so important to graphic designers? As long as you spell everything correctly and make sure the message is what the client wants to see, why does the font style make any difference? Because everything you touch, see and create is impacted by the use of writing styles and techniques. There are a lot of reasons why designers need to have a solid foundation when it comes to the use of typography.
Typography refers to the arrangement of text on a page, and appears in some form or another in all instances of written communication. Depending on the purpose, typography can be used for optimum readability, impact, or an artistic statement. Some graphic designers work totally in text, and study typography extensively while they perfect their art. Quality typography can make a big difference in communications, because it can impact the way the reader sees and feels about the topic being discussed.
Typography is the art and techniques of arranging type, type design, and modifying type glyphs. Type glyphs are created and modified using a variety of illustration techniques. The arrangement of type involves the selection of typefaces, point size, line length, leading (line spacing), letter-spacing (tracking) and kerning.
