PlayStation 4 Named Orbis !?? -Source from Msnbc-

Every few weeks, another round of rumors pertaining to the next PlayStation hits the streets. Either it's boring, and entirely plausible, or too fantastic to be within the realm of reality. But the most recent batch, uncovered by Kotaku, falls straight down the middle and offers the most fascinating morsels to chew on thus far.

According to their sources, the upcoming console is code-named "Orbis." (Often projects are given placeholder titles while in development, since there are sometimes multiple iterations of the Next Big Thing in progress.) But as Kotaku points out, when placed alongside the name of Sony's current handheld, the term "Orbis Vita," or "the circle of life," emerges.

Given that connectivity among multiple devices is pushed so heavily these days, a new name makes sense. The article also points out the next iteration won't support PlayStation 3 games. It also reminds us how the PS3 system -- which at one point was backwards compatible with PS2 games -- was dropped early in its life cycle.

So it's easy to believe Sony's desire to "start fresh," and lose PlayStation 4.

On the slightly more fantastical front: Orbis will supposedly output games at a 4096 x 2160 resolution, far higher than current HDTV sets.

There is also talk of it not supporting used games, also rumored for the Xbox 360 successor. Given how much of a headache that used game sales cause publishers -- who don't get a cut of the profits, and have attempted to leverage the loss via online passes and DLC -- it makes sense Sony would be asked to lend a hand.

Not long after its initial report, Kotaku posted illustrations from Coque Design, a firm hired to illustrate various Orbis features. The pictures have since been removed from the site.

The images prominently depict players interacting with the PlayStation Eye, which is currently part of the PS3's PlayStation Move set-up, indicating an emphasis on motion control, which MSNBC first reported last year. Most interesting is the inclusion of a person interacting with the scene with his smartphone, perhaps as a controller.

When msnbc.com contacted Sony to confirm or deny the rumors, a representative simply said, "No comment."

I Finally Got The Ps Vita My Wife Bought It For Me

So i finally got the vita, been had it though for about a week or so,I got the WiFi only model,The Vita is what the Psp SHOULD HAVE BEEN! I love the look of the screen the OLED brightness of the screen as well as the bigger screen size ! The games are pretty cool! And i played Reality Fighters! Which is a awesome game to me! basically you can scan your face with the Vita's rear or front facing camera and take a head shot pic of yourself and input your own face in the game ! Were it actually virtually looks like you ! It also has the card feature will you can place your card anywhere from your house,To your kitchen table to your bathroom sink, Hell you can fight on your stomach! The PS Vita is really going somewhere with it's fancy new features! I love the new innovation the PS Vita brings to the platforming table ! new things ! New ideas! Sony let you brains overflow me with the immersion of "Live,Long,Play" because I'm lovin' it ..... funny sounds like a Mc Donald commercial... but any-who the Vita Content Manager is really easy to use and is a way better way to copy and download media onto or from the Ps Vita.Pictures, Movies and music is just a flick away from your hands the feel on the rear of the surface of the Vita is very comfortable,Where you can rest your fingers in a slot...don't know if people really care about this but I notice it right away.But to give a heads up for those who are 1st buyers! If your going to buy the Ps Vita whether it be WiFi or 3G buy a MEMORY CARD lol and not a 4GB because 4 gigs will do nothing for you! The games are clearer and more brighter and have a vivid picture and a dynamic scenic display so DVDs look GREAT on it! I will post some pic's soon.The only down fall I noticed about the Vita is that as far as Internet stability it doesn't have .... FLASH! So no YouTube watching on the Vita! :( But all is well because i believe SONY will upgrade this new machine to it's peak performance ! Highly expected of Sony! And I'm very curious to see what new kind of apps will be on the PS Vita !

Batman Arkam City Gameplay

So I was playing the new highly expected Batman and one thing I love about the game is the graphics the feeling of playing Batman the way they created the city to look and feel,It has this grimey feel and look to it,It looks like a totally unsafe city to be in fact the whole city is a complete Jail ran by the Joker,They have all the original enmities from the Batman series and that makes a BIG difference in this Batman game,I love the city feel and the way it shapes your surroundings when diving from a high place using Batman's cape,The only issue I have with the game is the way the fighting is,The fighting combat is good but the fighting feel sucks! Batman's moves and style is good but his moves feel to stiff to me! The feel of Batman actually fighting is lost! It feels empty and he's to stiff like he's really tryna' fight TOO HARD ! But other than that i hope to beat the game and tell the tale of Batman! Keep in touch ! ^.^

So just recently on Feb 22nd the Ps Vita came out in retail stores here in America ! And I have NOT yet got my Vita! But hopefully i will be able to get it some time next month! I been playing Uncharted 3 Trying to MAX out my Level Online lol Haven't really been playing Modern Warfare 3 yet but will start posting more updates on my pc soon ! Stay in touch !

Asura's Wrath Plot

Asura was once a revered general of the gods who defeated an enemy known as the Gohma. Returning from the war, Asura was summoned to the Emperor's throne. But to his horror, Asura finds the Emperor has been murdered and he has been accused of the crime. After escaping imperial forces, Asura rushes home to protect his family only to find his beloved wife Durga dead and his daughter Mithra kidnapped. In his rage, Asura pursues his former allies who have Mithra contained in a glass capsule. As Asura charges to save his child, Asura is repulsed by the god Deus, who reveals himself to be the Emperor's murderer so he can bring about what he calls "The Great Rebirth". Weakened by Deus' attacks, Asura is dropped over the edge of the platform and falls to Earth while swearing to exact his vengeance.
Twelve millenia later, Asura is awakened from hibernation by the prayers of a young girl in the mountains. After saving the girl from a pack of ape-like creatures, Asura ventures through the world battling the forces of the gods as he fights to save Mithra from Deus and the Seven Deities, his former allies who now rule Heaven and have been using Mithra's powers to amplify their own. Along his journey, Asura will combat Heaven's soldiers, ferocious wild life, giant battleships, and other powerful foes. It is by that time as Asura's former friend Yasha begins to see the injustice in Deus's ways and attempts to stop the Seven Deities' cause.

 Players take control of Asura, with each chapter in the game playing out like an episode of an anime series.^[4] The game incorporates various gameplay elements, which require the player to build up a meter at the top of the screen which will allow them to activate a 'Burst' which allows them to progress through the story. Whilst the game mainly features cinematic sequences which feature quick time events, there are various different types of gameplay available. Examples include players fighting one on one against opponents, or dodging enemy fire in shoot 'em up section.

Asura's Wrath

SONY PS Vita Discount On Games

So i read up on IGN's website that the PS Vita will have games a lot more cheaper than what I expected,Some prices discounted to the price of 45$ dollars and Reality Fighters are now 26.99$ Super Star Dust is what 10$ So that's good news..i know when the Psp came out games were a little expensive,even more with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 games being 60 bucks..and higher on some new releases,So overall i agree with what SONY is doing with the price change in games for the PS Vita,Many new buyers are going to enjoy being able to drop 10 to 30 bucks for games after purchasing a 250$ Ps Vita.I personally think that buying the 3G model would be retarded,simply because it's another bill! And not only that if SONY doesn't do something about the screen brightness in the sunlight people who do buy the 3G model are going to be complaining about it's screen being dim,So playing it at home would be the best for me,connecting to my Wifi and getting strarted, i never really played my PSP on the go like that either.Also said that downloadable games from the Vita will be cheaper than the retail price.

Playstation 4 and Xbox 720 To be announced at E3

So there's a source telling Sony and Microsoft fans that the PlayStation 4 and Xbox 720 will be announced at the next E3 this year! Along with other new games including Sony's PS Vita,If it is true most likely the whole conference will be about the tech and power of the new machines..like what they did for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.I personally think that it would be to early to release a new console right just now,Simply because Sony is doing good with it's PlayStation 3 and so is Microsoft so i mean why should they release a new gaming console just yet,Also financially wise if they waited I'd say about another 2 more years to release a new PlayStation, People nowadays are just now getting a PlayStation 3 for gods sake ! And the games are doing well on the PlayStation 3 ! As well as the PlayStation store! I personally don't even think we have tapped into all what the PlayStation 3 can do! Naughty Dogg has done well with all it's Uncharted Series but still,I think Sony can do a lot more with the PlayStation 3 now that ever ! More and more people are buying there products and there seeing a higher increase in there online community.So here's what i suggest what SONY should do this year..it's what they didn't do at last years E3 press conference and that is do something about there online connectivity,although you have to pay for Xbox 360 Online features there online game play and servers are excellent ! unlike on PlayStation 3,So updating the Multiplayer on PlayStation 3 would help SONY a lot this year, Building up on there server strength.Also Microsoft should've been talking about more exclusive content for the Xbox 360! I think that is what is lacking in Xbox, PC gamers have it all ! They have the graphics and the games for most likely every console,So that's just my opinion ..What do you think?
